This Chardonnay is a tale of two vintages, 2010 barrel matured and 2011 tank fermented to retain freshness.  Light straw yellow in colour with soft tannins, a crisp floral nose is followed with a light zesty palate and a smooth finish. (ALC/VOL 13.2%)

All of our chardonnay grapes are hand picked and are matured in French oak.  The result is a fruity, elegant wine with medium length and good acidity.  Golden in colour the aromatics are pronounced , fresh and vibrant. (ALC/VOL 14.1%)
